ACS Release of Information services provides an electronic document delivery system that adheres to all HIPAA regulations. ACS utilizes state of the art technology with our electronic file system. All files are scanned utilizing advanced technology, such as compression and encryption. Files are transferred to our secure record center. Our record center is secured with firewalls, passwords and camera monitoring systems. Files are transferred by means of file transfer software using cutting edge image compression technology and 2048 bit RC4 encryption.
Confidentiality and Quality
Records received at our data center are reviewed for quality and accuracy. After records are reviewed, they are then printed and shipped, emailed, or routed to our secure website for viewing. Every file that is shipped is tracked for proof of delivery that includes receivers address, company name, date received, signors name and signature.

ACS will deliver a customized solution to fit your organizations needs. We realize each customer has unique requirements. We will work with you to develop specific procedures and training to meet those requirements. ACS staff members will be trained according to the procedures you have in place. Your files are handled with the utmost care. ACS staff is thoroughly trained on the importance of confidentiality and keeping files organized in the exact order they were received. Records will not be released without the properly signed authorization. ACS staff is trained to handle questions, concerns, special requests, projects, and situations on a local level, which enables our response time to be unmatched in our industry. - Records are reviewed at the image center for quality
- Records are printed/posted on a secure website/sent with secure file transfer
